For more than 20 years, Alhadeff & Forbes Mediation Services has been bringing people to the table to successfully settle their disagreements and reach closure. We offer a choice of services to help people and organizations in conflict enhance their powers of communication.

As mediators, we act as neutrals to serve all parties in legal disputes. We work as a team and we also mediate conflicts that have not reached the litigation stage, such as family divisions, separations, estate issues, and construction matters.

As mediation consultants we provide customized and individual assistance to people and organizations experiencing conflict. We develop helpful strategies that will complement the efforts of any other involved service providers, such as human resource professionals, advocates, or guardians.

As mediation trainers, we provide a range of programs for mediators, lawyers, human resource managers, and other professionals whose work involves a significant amount of conflict.
