As a Physician Executive he is experienced in dispute resolution and provision of medico-legal opinions. As surgeon, he has a broad base in
strategic planning, organizational structure, systems development, performance improvement and operations in the healthcare field. Dr. Fielding has provided consulting services as mentor for professional and career development, and since 2007, to the National Cancer Institute (NCI) in support of The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and Office of Biorepositories and Biospecimen Research (OBBR).
